Angie is the solutions marketing specialist on Planview’s Product Management and Solutions Marketing team. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Angie's experience includes customer marketing, event marketing, and demand generation. She is currently responsible for supporting marketing and sales enablement, customer advocacy, and Planview’s analyst programs. Angie is also a core member of the Horizons Planview Customer Conference planning team.
Anna Li is the Event Marketing Manager at Planview, with experience planning, developing and implementing event strategies to increase market share, brand recognition and customer loyalty. Closely aligned with sales, Anna attends and executes various trade shows, conferences and expos to position products and solutions within various industries throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Carina Hatfield always has a plan. Throughout the years, she has improved her ability to respond and re-prioritize for new ideas and unplanned events. She followed her original plan of becoming a CPA, going into budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, until a new idea was prioritized and she took on the opportunity to join Planview. With more than 10 years' experience in helping organizations improve their strategic, forecasting, and planning processes to successfully deliver on strategy, Carina has taken that experience and applied it to her role in Product Management for Planview Enterprise One.
Carly brings more than 14 years of experience in product management and product marketing, primarily in the medical device industry, to her role as Solutions Marketing Manager for Product Innovation. Throughout her career she has launched products that have improved the quality of life for others and enjoys knowing the products she is marketing make a true difference in someone’s life. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Wichita State University and her MBA from Newman University.
Carrie Nauyalis brings her passion, experience, and thought leadership in the product portfolio management industry to her current role as Executive in Residence at Planview. As an EIR, Carrie is collaborating on market research and sharing best practices with Planview prospects and customers. She is an active speaker, MBA guest lecturer, blogger, and vlogger on all things PPM, with warm places in her heart for State-Gate®, innovation, calculating ROI, and agile. Carrie spent 18 years with Planview in various positions, including global consulting, product management, and as the solution evangelist for innovation and new product development. Prior to Planview, Carrie held multiple systems engineering positions with Emerson Process. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Truman State.
Cassidy Milder graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a MA in Advertising and Public Relations. She transitioned into marketing, finding her passion in the B2B technology space. She is currently responsible for working closely with thought leaders in the area of Collaborative Work Management to develop informative programs and content including webcasts and Ebooks.
Cetiera is the customer marketing specialist with a focus in the portfolio and resource management, product innovation, and capability and technology management solutions. She is currently responsible for supporting sales enablement, demand generation efforts, and customer advocacy and engagement. In addition to managing the Planview Customer Community, Cetiera is on the Planview Horizons Customer Conference committee. She is passionate about engaging and building relationships with customers. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Courtney began her career in IT in the mid 90’s and quickly realized the need for someone to figure out what needed to be done before the actual work started. She began pursuing the education and experience needed to achieve her PMP credential which she obtained in 2009. Being a consumer of PPM software and having an entrepreneurial approach to establishing PMOs, Courtney has implemented process and tools for over 15 years. She loves her role leading up the Consulting Services organization at Planview and is responsible for global delivery of Planview’s Innotas and Projectplace products. Courtney has served her PM community by providing pro bono education for aspiring PMPs as well as serving as Chapter President and speaking for other Chapters across the US. She offers mentoring to women in business, IT and project management, both inside her organization as well as on LinkedIn. In her personal time, she enjoys a variety of activities including racing cars and making music. She has a beautiful family with 2 teenage daughters that continue to teach her that life itself is a project! True to its definition, “Project Life” has a finite beginning and end and produces a unique product and result.
Dominique loves data. As product manager, she uses quantitative data, along with user experience to inform product decisions. She knows she does not know everything, but trusts she will learn just enough to be useful. With 10 years’ experience in the Enterprise Architecture space, Dominique has seen many trends in this market. She has extensive experience in marketing strategy, planning, developing brand awareness, and communications in an international environment.
Greg Gilmore is the chief executive officer of Planview, and has been the driving force behind its market leadership for the past two decades. Responsible for the operating strategies and integration of strategic acquisitions designed to expand the company’s global presence, bringing innovative products to market, and enhancing customer service, Greg has shepherded the company through its many phases of growth.
Hayley Eubanks is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, having earned a BBA in Marketing with a minor in English. She works as a Corporate Marketing Associate at Planview and specializes in writing about portfolio and resource management, collaborative work management, and enterprise architecture.
Jane Kovacs is a geek-loving, button-pushing public relations professional who loves shiny, new ideas and finding ways to use technology get the most of your day. She brings more than 20 years’ experience to her role as global PR manager at Planview. Her background includes communication roles at Pennzoil, EDS, AMD, FleishmanHillard, and 3M. She is passionate about helping companies share their stories and connect with customers.
In the span of his 18 year career in the technology space, Jason’s experience has run the gamut from roles in Fortune 1000 companies all the way to the “four dudes, a dog and a garage” level of startups. Jason isn’t just a spokesperson for project collaboration and the notion of “virtual teams”, he lived it in true fashion having run a software development group in Romania from his bedroom desk in Austin. He now works with several multi-faceted virtual teams that span between Austin, Stockholm and Bangalore in his current role at Planview, where he helps companies large and small to overcome the challenges they face with the ever-changing nature of collaborative projects.
Jeff Ellerbee, Solutions Consultant for Planview Enterprise One Capability and Technology Management. Jeff has helped customers be successful with CTM in the US and UK for 14 years. Jeff is a technical sales leader with more than 19 years of experience creating and selling software. He has designed, built, and successfully marketed five enterprise software products and a healthcare automation device for several venture-backed companies. Jeff is a software engineer turned sales engineer who has progressively shifted toward greater revenue generating responsibilities, taking on new challenges, creating more value for his customers and earning greater personal rewards.

Karoline McLaughlin leads the corporate marketing organization at Planview. Her focus and passion is driving Planview’s work and resource management vision through brand and communications amplification and content creation. Karoline has more than 20 years of global marketing and sales expertise with innovative software and technology companies, including Innography, Convio/Blackbaud, Lifesize, Tivoli Systems/IBM, and Symantec. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Jose State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Kasey is a Business Operations Manager at Planview with a proven track record in data analytics and process optimization. Dallas born and raised, she started her Planview career as a Proposal Analyst before working her way up to Business Operations Manager, taking on the responsibilities of commission, sales orders to process, quotes, and managing the RFP team. She now lives in Austin with her yorki poo, Roxy.
Leyna O’Quinn is Planview Blog manager and editor. She writes about portfolio management news and industry trends as well as information related to portfolio and resource management, project collaboration, and enterprise architecture. She has 10 years of experience writing about technology and trends. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing.
Linda Roach brings 17 years of experience in product management, product marketing, and corporate marketing to her role as Vice President of Marketing for Planview. Upon joining the company in 2004, Linda led the launch of Planview Enterprise, repositioning the company from a single product to a highly successful multiple product line. Prior to joining Planview, Linda held management positions at Pervasive Software, VTEL Corporation, and Kodak where she led go-to-market initiatives covering new products, product line expansion, and opening new market segments. Linda holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has participated in Executive Education programs at the University of Michigan, Wharton School, and University of Texas at Austin.
Louise Allen brings more than 15 years of experience in all facets of bringing technology products to market. Louise heads up product management for Planview, developing product strategy and overseeing execution and delivery. Louise joined Planview from Quickarrow, where, as Vice President of Product Strategy, her efforts drove the company from self-funded startup to consistently profitable. Prior to this, she held leadership positions with companies including Tivoli Systems, an IBM company, and NetQoS. Louise received her BS in Business Administration from Trinity University, and her MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
Marcus Klein is the director of product management at Planview, focusing on defining and delivering customer market focused solutions in portfolio and resource management. Previously he served as a product line manager for Planview Enterprise and incorporated application stakeholders’ input, including current customers and prospects, as well as market conditions in defining product direction and functionality, particularly around investment prioritization, financial planning and user experience.
Maria Harper is a demand generation specialist at Planview focusing on PPM solutions and French and German marketing. She is passionate about data-driven marketing and enjoys applying analytical insights to creative messaging in order maximize marketing potential. She graduated from the University of Missouri with bachelor degrees in German and Journalism.
Maureen Carlson a Partner at Appleseed Partners, has been providing strategic marketing services for 20 years including market research, product marketing, positioning, and how to develop effective demand generation programs. Maureen’s B2B technology experience spans from emerging companies to larger established brands. Maureen has conducted three research studies sponsored by Planview for product development as well as for other markets, is an active guest blogger, and participates in the development of new market strategies with the company.
Nicola McCoy has over 20 years experience working within information security, enterprise architecture, global technology, and enterprise software roles. She has deep experience in helping organisations to understand operational resilience, information security, and how to manage risk within a connected enterprise, while communicating their current risk posture to senior (C-level) stakeholders. Nicola works with many of our customers to implement solutions that support recording, reporting and analyzing risk across the enterprise. Prior to working for Planview, Nicola was a key member of the Global IT Security and Global IT functions within PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was a thought leader in information security policy, strategy, and standards.
Patrick Tickle is responsible for the company’s Products organization and leads the Planview team that continues to deliver the most innovative portfolio management solutions to the marketplace. Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in product management, product development, and marketing across a wide range of technology solutions. Prior to joining Planview, Patrick served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management of ITM Software where he executed category development and product definition. He has also held a variety of product management and marketing positions at Terraspring, Inc. (an enterprise software company acquired by Sun Microsystems), MIPS, and Silicon Graphics. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
Paula has been with Planview for 11 years, focusing on Pipeline Development while overseeing the Enterprise SDR Team, Enterprise Sales Enablement, Enterprise Operations, Enterprise Demand Generation Marketing, and multiple other roles and responsibilities. Throughout her 20 plus years in Technology Sales, Paula is most passionate about helping young people start their sales career and blossoming into highly effective sales reps selling value to our customers and prospects. She started the first Intern Program 7 years ago and piloted the first Early In Career program.
Scott Hardey is Executive Vice President of Customer Service at Planview, an award-winning team providing implementation, support, consulting services, and education to Planview customers and partners. Under his leadership, Planview has gained a reputation as one of the most customer-focused and responsive software companies in the industry.
Sean King is a Product Manager for Planview's Troux product line. Sean spent the previous 10 years heading up Troux’s Quality Engineering and Technical Support organizations. This combination of responsibilities gave Sean unique insights into how product design and actual usage converge to produce value for Troux’s customers. Sean has since parlayed that experience into his current Product Management role by focusing on an“outside-in” approach to building market-driven solutions for enterprises. Sean has held technical leadership roles at various SMBs in the Austin area. Sean has a BS double-major in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and an MBA from Concordia University Texas.
Shlok Vaidya is the Senior Product Manager on the Innotas team at Planview. He has a decade of experience achieving big product outcomes across a variety of industries, including turning around a 100-year-old-company, building a successful mobile startup, and working with spies and generals on information operations. In 2011 he was named one of the top 100 technology entrepreneurs in New Orleans and Shlok’s insight has been published in TechCrunch, The New York Observer, PandoDaily, the Weekly Standard, Calgary Herald, the International Relations and Security Network, the Small Wars Journal, and the Post Carbon Institute.
Som Chakravarty works with Planview as a Product Manager responsible for present and future developments of Projectplace. He’s a Design and AI advocate at Planview who believes that software products ought to be simple yet powerful so that they serve you from the background being almost invisible. Recently he has been working with the initiative of exploring the role of assistive technologies and agents in the enterprise software world and how it could bring transformative changes about how people use software for collaborative work. Som has a Masters in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh and has been designing software products for more than a decade. When not at his computer, Som could be found perched on a mountain top or riding a motorcycle.
Zach is a product manager for Projectplace. He has managed teams across three continents at Planview and largely focuses on driving innovation in Projectplace through its user experience and large feature set. He led one of the largest releases in Projectplace’s 18-year history and continues to grow and support its global user base.
