    Cameron van Orman is the chief strategy and marketing officer and general manager of automotive solutions for Planview. Cameron has more than 20 years of enterprise leadership experience driving transformational change, business agility, and market growth. Prior to joining Planview in 2019, Cameron held senior marketing positions at CA Technologies (now Broadcom), where he was instrumental in the integration of Rally into the CA portfolio and he championed the internal Agile transformation of the CA marketing organization. Cameron also has served in strategic marketing, sales, and operations roles at BlueArc, Pillar Data Systems, Sun Microsystems, and StorageTek. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and math from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and is on the board of the Children’s Diabetes Foundation.

After six years of implementing Planview Enterprise to help organizations improve their strategic, forecasting, and planning processes, Carina has taken that experience and applied it to her role in Product Management.

    Cetiera Carmona is a customer marketing manager at Planview, Inc. In this role she leads the company’s customer marketing retention efforts, working very closely with customer success teams. She is responsible for creating, implementing, analyzing and constantly improving robust multi-channel customer retention campaigns and programs that help increase engagement with our user base, improve usage and adoption of our products, and reduce churn. In addition to managing the Planview Customer Community, Cetiera is on the Planview Horizons Customer Conference committee. She is passionate about engaging and building relationships with customers. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Chris's mission is to empower teams and leaders to deliver value faster and more effectively by aligning their software delivery with their strategic goals, measuring their flow metrics, and identifying and eliminating bottlenecks and waste. He has successfully enabled value stream optimization across various domains, such as embedded software systems, quality and testing, and sourcing and governance. Dr. Sonnenblick holds a Ph.D. and MS from Carnegie Mellon University in Engineering and Public Policy and a BA in Physics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
