When I joined Clarizen about 2.5 years ago, what excited me the most back then — and what continues to inspire me today — is creating solutions that help companies achieve their goals and make an impact in the world.
The essence of this aspiration is that we actively listen to our customers, so that we can learn what they need to be successful. In light of this, I am pleased to share some powerful insights that we have gleaned from working closely with several customers over a period of months who, like most organizations these days, are facing key challenges on the journey to digital transformation and business agility.
We discovered that our customers’ key challenges related to three major areas: alignment, effectiveness, and speed.
Alignment: Our customers told us that alignment is about engaging employees by creating a clear line-of-sight, which connects a single set of corporate goals and priorities with individual mandates and contributions. Fundamentally, alignment is the fuel that powers meaningful work, and transforms difficult challenges into profitable opportunities.
Effectiveness: Our customers told us that effectiveness is not just about “getting things done”. On a deeper level, it is about knowing how to work on the right things in the optimal order, and in a manner that suits preferred styles of working. Some people want to work in a more plan-based way, while others want to work more agile way.
Speed: Our customers told us that accessing real-time and relevant information is vital for adapting in a rapidly changing business environment. Without getting the visibility they need and when they need it, they cannot make smarter, faster data-driven decisions.
We took all of this rich and insightful feedback to heart, and asked ourselves: “How can we do an even better job of helping our customers get the alignment, effectiveness and speed they need to thrive in the new world of work? We then embarked on a mission to find ways to help companies simplify their work and meet their goals.
After months of hard work — and many more conversations with customers — I am delighted to share that we are introducing two new members of our product suite: Clarizen Eagle and Clarizen Go.
Clarizen Eagle addresses the needs and challenges of today’s executives and managers who need to create a clear line-of-sight between objectives and activities, while they drive employee engagement and foster collaboration. In Clarizen Eagle, each initiative has a unique virtual space where stakeholders collaborate and all relevant goals, KPIs, decisions, action items, discussions, and meeting notes are captured in real-time.
Clarizen Go is a streamlined task management solution for teams that want to work in a more agile manner, yet still need to meet deadlines and achieve goals. In Clarizen Go, teams access workspaces where they create multiple boards, each with its own workflow and customized milestones.
To ensure the ultimate consumer-grade user experience, both Clarizen Eagle and Clarizen Go feature an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, and are built with the latest technology advancements.
In addition to these exciting new product releases, we have also decided to evolve the brand of our flagship PPM solution, which is now called Clarizen One. This refresh makes it simpler for our customers to see how to position our suite of products to drive digital transformation and support business agility across the enterprise:
