Now more than ever, companies are experimenting with allowing their employees to work from home. Some companies don’t have a physical office at all, while others maintain a balance of onsite and remote employees.
At the heart of all work — regardless of whether the goal is to build a robot, construct a building, launch a marketing campaign, or anything else — are tasks, tasks, and yet more tasks. When tasks are organized and executed correctly, they support optimized workflows, engaged workers, and successful outcomes.
Project KPI is most important way to monitor project progress. There are many different kinds of KPIs for project management.
Resource utilization in project management focuses on how much time team members spend on various tasks and it could not be Lower & Higher-than expected. Lower-than-expected resource utilization often indicates that the project is over-staffed.
