Nationwide Building Society, DHL, Fresenius Medical Care, T-Mobile, and Thermo Fisher Scientific receive Planview Vision Awards.

Each year we have the privilege of hosting our customers at the Planview Horizons Customer Conference. For our 23rd annual event, running from Sept. 15 -16, 2020, more than 1,100 attendees will come together virtually to connect, collaborate, and celebrate with their industry peers.

During this event, we also have the great honor of acknowledging customers who leverage Planview products to drive growth and innovation. This year, Nationwide Building Society, DHL, Fresenius Medical Care, T-Mobile and Thermo Fisher Scientific are the recipients of Planview Vision Awards for transformational leadership and excellence.

Nationwide Building Society

Key to Nationwide Building Society’s recent successes has been how their enterprise architecture team has used capability and technology management capabilities and expanded into project portfolio management with Planview to turn around their ‘the department of no’ into ‘the department of know’. With Planview, they have empowered their organization with data-driven governance and in turn and refreshed technology and strategy alignment, reaping the benefits of improved workflow, visibility, and better decision-making within application and technology portfolios.


As the number one contract logistics provider in the world, the core focus of Supply Chain at DHL is to strengthen their highly profitable core. To do this, they are using Planview’s solutions to drive large programs and projects forward while simplifying and integrating their project and task management processes. By combining project portfolio management and work management for teams, DHL has successfully driven digital work transformation across their global organization.

Fresenius Medical Care

The Global Manufacturing, Quality and Supply division at Fresenius Medical Care has transformed how the business works and collaborates across the world.  As the market for their critical healthcare products continues to grow, they needed to give dispersed groups the tools they needed to get their work done across diverse project methodologies and project types. With Planview’s FLEX offering, the GMQS division has successfully streamlined business practices and connected these siloed teams through transparency and data-driven decision making.


T-Mobile’s business challenge was to increased demand for learning, while under pressure to reduce costs while enabling strong collaboration with customers and improving demand management. They transformed their business into an agile organization to improve workflow effectiveness and efficiencies. With Planview AgilePlace, T-Mobile has shifted the culture, improved transparency, optimized processes across the business, and delivered on strategic initiatives.

Thermo Fisher Scientific

Thermo Fisher have created greater cross-functional and cross-business alignment by using Planview PPM Pro as the system of record across 85% of their R&D organization. They have successfully continued to drive new product development growth. With PPM Pro usage flourishing across the business they have achieved much needed standardization, transparency, with just the right amount of governance, allowing them to ensure that strategic initiatives are met.

Cetiera Carmona is a customer marketing manager at Planview, Inc. In this role she leads the company’s customer marketing retention efforts, working very closely with customer success teams. She is responsible for creating, implementing, analyzing and constantly improving robust multi-channel customer retention campaigns and programs that help increase engagement with our user base, improve usage and adoption of our products, and reduce churn. In addition to managing the Planview Customer Community, Cetiera is on the Planview Horizons Customer Conference committee. She is passionate about engaging and building relationships with customers. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
