From Planview AdaptiveWork CEO Boaz Chalamish: Planview AdaptiveWork is Committed to Maintaining Business Continuity During the Coronavirus Outbreak

Published By Team AdaptiveWork

At Planview AdaptiveWork, our focus has always been on people: helping them succeed by making work more manageable as businesses become increasingly complex at accelerated rates while markets continue to change at dizzying speeds. Naturally, inventing and innovating groundbreaking technology is a big part of our vision and story. But we have never lost sight of the fundamental truth that elevating, empowering and enabling people is at the heart of everything we do — and always will be. And it is in light of this long-standing commitment that I would like to share our concern and initial response to a current global issue that has affected all of us in some way.

Maintaining Business Continuity

We understand that maintaining business continuity during times of uncertainty and disruption is a key concern for you – our customers – and we are committed to helping you navigate this environment.

Planview AdaptiveWork has offices around the globe, as well as numerous employees and partners that we work with remotely. Should it become necessary to temporarily close an office, I would like to assure our customers in affected areas that we will continue to provide exceptional support through web conferencing, text messaging, email, phone, and our own collaborative work management suite of products. We fully expect to maintain uninterrupted business continuity. As always, we are available 24/7 and encourage our customers to reach out to us for support via our website if they have any questions or concerns about their service during this time.

Protecting Our Employees

Finally, I would like to reiterate to my colleagues around the world that safety and protection of our employees is a top priority. We continue to monitor the situation closely, and are heeding the general guidance provided by public health officials and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). As a result, we are well-prepared to respond instantaneously to changes in direction. For example, out of an abundance of caution, we have cancelled a couple of our upcoming conferences. We have also limited travel for employees to essential trips only.  Finally, we have encouraged our employees to work from home if they are able to do so as we continue to monitor this situation.

Being Part of the Solution

The coronavirus outbreak highlights an important insight: employees who are obliged to stay at home want to remain productive and stay in contact with their colleagues. Workers need to feel a sense of connection, and establish a sense of normalcy in a remote environment. Planview AdaptiveWork is committed to help – keep watching our blog for more information and updates on what we can collectively do in this time of crisis.

Looking Ahead

Putting people first is what Planview AdaptiveWork is all about. It’s what drives us to provide our customers with solutions that help them succeed and thrive. And it’s what inspires us to make a positive difference in everything we do, every single day. Now more than ever, we take our commitment very seriously and we will continue demonstrating our core values during the coronavirus outbreak, and strive to be part of the solution.
