We have been on a journey of innovation and market leadership for over two decades now and are taking another bold leap forward with this acquisition.
With the addition of Innotas, we extend our IT PPM leadership into the mid-market and are now able to offer the most comprehensive portfolio of Work and Resource Management (WRM) solutions in the industry. We’re excited that every team, department, and organization, from mid-market to global enterprises, can now benefit from Planview solutions.
There has never been a better time to join forces with Innotas. Our customers are diverse in their needs and there is tremendous opportunity to leverage each other’s strengths to deliver on our shared vision of helping organizations worldwide achieve their resource potential. Our acquisition of Innotas builds on previous investments we’ve made in Work and Resource Management solutions, beginning with the acquisitions of Projectplace in 2014 and Troux in 2015. Each of Planview’s products is now perfectly positioned to maximize innovation and value to its core set of customers.
Hopefully you can read the excitement in my words and sense the passion we have to create tremendous value for customers by coming together with Innotas. We are now 700 employees-strong, have the privilege of serving more than 3,000 customers globally and proudly take on the leadership role in our industry.
