The heart of Planview beats strongest when our teams unite in service.
Building on last year’s momentum, our fifth-annual Force for Good Week brought together 170 employees across multiple continents, contributing an estimated 1,360 hours to local communities worldwide.
Each project reinforced a simple truth: We are stronger when we serve together.
From supporting children’s healthcare to addressing food insecurity, these diverse initiatives demonstrated how our five core values create meaningful change when put into action.
Turning Care into Courage for Hospitalized Children in Austin
Our Austin team partnered with the Happy Hope Foundation, sharing their hearts as they assembled care packages for children facing long-term hospitalization. These packages, filled with symbols of support and encouragement, were donated to Ronald McDonald House of Austin and Texas Children’s Hospital, bringing smiles and a positive impact to children during difficult times.

Changing Our World One Bag at a Time in Richmond Hill
In Richmond Hill, four employees bonded through a united purpose in an Earth Month Clean Up, Green Up event. Walking together, the team collected five bags full of waste ranging from water bottles and coffee cups to various packaging materials.
They were pleasantly surprised to find very few cigarette butts this year, with one member noting, “It looks like people are making healthier lifestyle choices. I hope we can do that for our environments.”
The spirit of service continued as a larger team worked side-by-side at the Food Bank of York Region. For five meaningful hours, they sorted groceries with care, knowing each package would impact and nourish neighborhoods facing insecurity.

Racing Against Silence in Mental Health with CALM
A passionate cyclist returns to their annual charity ride with renewed determination, pedaling to support CALM’s mission to prevent suicide among UK men under 50. CALM provides crucial support and challenges harmful gender stereotypes that discourage people from seeking help when they need it most.
This year, they’ve inspired colleagues to join as the IRON MAIDENS, tackling a “deconstructed” Iron Man triathlon with spirit and service, with one member completing a 5000m swim, another running a marathon, and our dedicated rider pushing toward a challenging 160km ride at 26km/h.
Each mile traveled helps challenge harmful stereotypes while honoring the memory of loved ones lost to suicide, a mission deeply personal and inspired by the loss of a close family friend to suicide during the pandemic.
Shopping with Heart for Those in Crisis in Ukraine
UK Planview and Sciforma (recently acquired by Planview) teams laughed and strategized during their first “Thrift for a Gift” challenge at London’s Canary Wharf. With just €50 per team and detailed wish lists, they eagerly negotiated deals, scoured shops, and even dared some dumpster diving in their quest to maximize every pound.
This playful competition served a serious purpose: it supported New Forest for Ukraine and ensured donations reached families sheltering near conflict zones.
Building a Home Away from Home for Healing Vancouver Families
Vancouver shared moments of warmth with Ronald McDonald House BC. The team thoughtfully curated welcome bags for families facing their most challenging days while their children undergo critical care at Children’s Hospital.
As Ronald McDonald House BC states, they “keep families close together when they need to visit the only children’s hospital in BC,” a cause our team was honored to support.

Uniting Across Borders for a Green Community
Around the world, Planview environmentalists demonstrated their passion for our planet’s health:
- In France, two Planviewers beamed as they filled their bags during their personal World Cleanup Day, collecting 3.35kg of waste (mainly cans that take up to 100 years to decompose).
- In southwest Spain, a devoted volunteer felt their “Force for Good Clean Up spirit” lift with each piece of litter collected.
- In central Oregon, a powerful duo cleaned the Deschutes River Trail and Tumalo State Park, preserving its natural beauty.

Assembling Hope One Medical Kit at a Time
With careful hands and hopeful hearts, our Denver team partnered with Project C.U.R.E., a nonprofit organization founded in 1987 to address the staggering shortage of medical resources globally.
From humble beginnings in a Colorado garage, Project C.U.R.E. has grown to become the world’s largest distributor of donated medical supplies and services to doctors and nurses serving in over 135 countries.
Returning for their second collaboration with Project C.U.R.E., volunteers’ hands moved with purpose and care as they sorted medical supplies for international shipment and created Kits for Kids, backpacks filled with essential items like toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Many Approaches, One Mission of Service
Our global impact radiated across the globe through many more heartfelt initiatives:
- Our Israel team rolled up their sleeves for a life-saving blood drive and donated furniture to families in need.
- Stockholm team members formed meaningful connections and served the Klarakyrkan community.
- Generous Planviewers supported four Compassion International Families, helping children living in poverty globally.
- Hod HaSharon office volunteered with “Karati Bechol Lev,” efficiently packing food baskets to nourish families in need.
- The Planview Global Capability & Innovation Center (CIC) in Bengaluru transformed into a vibrant cultural celebration during “The Food Mela,” where team members shared culinary traditions while raising funds for important causes.
- In India, team members witnessed firsthand the impact of their donations to Karunsharaya hospice for cancer patients and donated writing tablets for children through BlueBells NGO.
This wide range of initiatives reflects how we value our differences by embracing diverse causes while strengthening connections in communities worldwide.
