In a traditional office environment, crowdsourcing ideas can take a variety of forms. Aristocrat, a leading provider of gaming and casino solutions, has tripled the size of its workforce over the past five years. They created their “thinkBIGGER” initiative to challenge their employees to come up with ideas around solving customer problems and the future of the gaming industry.
