It’s high time for your apps to start collaborate – here are some brand new out-of-the-box productivity hacks for ProjectPlace users thanks to the integration platform Zapier.
The benefit of project management software integration is that it enables apps that are crucial for you, to share data and trigger different actions. It automates reoccurring and manual tasks and allows you to spend time on other things than for example sharing team status updates, time reporting, file management, or taking care of requests and placing them in a workflow.
The easiest way to get started with app integrations is to use a platform like Zapier. ProjectPlace ‘s open API provides access to all your most important work content, such as documents, tasks, and communication, and enables an easy integration with other apps thanks to Zapier. New out-of-the-box integrations are added continuously and here are a few new “Zaps” ready to be integrated into your workflow:
Start an automated workflows whenever a card reaches a certain status.
Automatically send times from a time-tracking app to Projectplace.
Set up a multi step Zaps, e.g. when a row in Google Sheets, is updated, create a card on the board.
Automatically report time for completed cards
When a Projectplace card is moved to the "Done" status, automatically search for a matching row in Google Sheets. Grab the time entry noted in the Google Sheets row and record it on the Projectplace card.
Build a Workflow
