This position validates Projectplace\u2019s offerings, specifically citing \u201cPlanview balances work and collaboration for a well-designed experience.\u201d<\/p>\n

Collaborative work management<\/a> is a key element in successful project execution. This level of analyst coverage indicates the growing importance of this market. Businesses that incorporate collaboration into projects and workflows are seeing big results in project success rates, time to market and employee satisfaction.<\/p>\n

As part of the Planview family, Innotas users are able to add on\u00a0ProjectPlace work collaboration solution with out of the box integration. This integration enhances work collaboration in their projects. Because PMO members are not the only ones with projects to manage, casual project managers, those with no formal training but responsible for managing projects, are rising up in all areas of the business. Leveraging ProjectPlace enables the PMO to\u00a0work in the comfort of Innotas PPM while\u00a0allowing casual project managers or users from other\u00a0groups inside the business\u00a0to manage work the way they want to. This keeps the PMO responsible for areas such as\u00a0resource management,\u00a0capacity planning, and\u00a0portfolio management, but enables their casual PM counterparts to maintain projects and tasks in Projectplace. Users are able to work\u00a0in an easy to use interface of Kanban boards and interactive gantt charts while pulling information needed for reporting, resource management, or capacity planning back into Innotas. This way, the PMO gets the integrated portfolio with the full picture of people, work and time. The end result is a comprehensive integrated portfolio, whether it be compiled of the marketing team, product development team, or other business units.<\/p>\n
