Encourage staff to take a break every 30 to 40 minutes, even if it&#x2019;s just to get up and take a walk around the office for a few minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Be open to discussion<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/the-10-most-important-project-management-skills\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Being a good listener and proactive support are important skills<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> when helping your team to de-stress.
