Employees from different departments and geographical locations are able to work together on projects, share information, and break down silos. Companies that implement transparent working techniques make great strides in increasing collaboration and cooperation across the business. After all, talking and sharing more with colleagues can spark valuable insights.<\/p>\n

It sounds so great that it\u2019s hard to argue why all businesses wouldn\u2019t want to be more transparent.<\/p>\n

In practice, however, transparency can come with a number of challenges.
