Along with our integration with JIRA, today we are announcing our partnership and integration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zendesk.com\/?utm_source=Innotas&amp;utm_medium=partnerlink\">Zendesk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Zendesk is the proven cloud-based help desk that is the fastest way to enable great customer service. It is so easy, support teams love it.<\/p>\n<p>The bi-directional integration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zendesk.com\/?utm_source=Innotas&amp;utm_medium=partnerlink\">Zendesk<\/a> enabled by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.innotas.com\/products-integration-platform\">Innotas Integration Platform<\/a> will provide complete visibility into IT operations.
