  2. Identify deliverables and assign owners:\u00a0<\/strong>Assign work. Delegate. Then trust your team to do the work. Kanban boards are great to track what your team is working on, and check up on their progress.<\/li>\n
  3. Help team members prioritize their work:<\/strong>The key word in this tip is help. Your role as a project manager is to support your team, and make sure they are working on the right things. Goal alignment and providing vision is critical to being a successful project manager<\/li>\n
  4. Be agile in the face of change:<\/strong>Be willing to change. How do you achieve this? Visibility. You need visibility. Visibility into your employee\u2019s workload and visibility into the overall direction. This is crucial to the success of any project.<\/li>\n
  5. Use technology to follow up and track progress:<\/strong>96% of business leaders believe technology drives organizational efficiency. Take advantage of it. You cannot do everything on your own. Make sure to use technology to help you out.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
