The most important difference with getting a daily project status report is that they shouldn&#x2019;t take up too much of an employee&#x2019;s time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To avoid this a good project manager should be flexible in the manner that the report is delivered.
