In addition to its signature \u201cWave\u201d graphic, Forrester also provides a spreadsheet-based tool for professionals to create shortlists based on their specific needs.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"lazyload\" alt=\"Planview AdaptiveWork Forrester Leader ECWM\" height=\"481\" data-src=\"https:\/\/media.planview.com\/clarizen\/wp-content\/upload\/2016\/10\/Forrester-Wave-Leader_-Clarizen.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>In its review of 13 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forrester.com\/report\/Vendor+Landscape+Collaborative+Work+Management+For+The+Enterprise\/-\/E-RES122299\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">collaborative work management<\/a> (CWM) vendors, Forrester analysts cited Planview AdaptiveWork\u2019s ability to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Allow organizations to get tremendous visibility into both planned and ad hoc activities<\/li>\n<li>Connect employees, partners and customers in secure workspaces to drive greater productivity and a rewarding user experience<\/li>\n<li>Enable end users through a strong yet intuitive UI, and access to tasks from their personal workspace<\/li>\n<li>Adapt and support multiple formal project delivery practices, as well as lightweight task management for repeatable business processes<\/li>\n<li>Offer follow-the-sun support, along with multilanguage and multicurrency functionality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The report also stated that Planview AdaptiveWork\u2019s collaboration capabilities are \u201cespecially strong\u201d, that the mobile offering is \u201chighly intuitive\u201d, and that the solution overall is \u201cwell suited for globally distributed organizations that require both top-down planning and bottom-up collaborative <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planview.com\/products-solutions\/solutions\/work-management\/\">work management<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>And with respect to scoring, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarizen.com\/press-release\/clarizen-leads-the-pack-in-enterprise-collaborative-work-management-evaluation-by-independent-research-firm\/\">Planview AdaptiveWork earned a top 5.00 score in several core areas<\/a>, including content collaboration, work management, team management, reporting, globalization, security, go-to-market strategy, and customer satisfaction, respectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Creating the CWM Category &amp; Leading the Way<\/strong><br \/>\nWe\u2019re grateful to Forrester for putting Planview AdaptiveWork under the microscope, and ultimately identifying us as a leader in the CWM solution marketplace. There are two aspects of this recognition that we find especially meaningful.<\/p>\n<p>The first is that we created the CWM category, and for many years we\u2019ve championed the importance of helping teams share content in the context of work. It\u2019s gratifying to see that CWM has taken its rightful place at the top of the enterprise agenda, and that everyone from executives to end-users realize how visibility, flexibility and engagement can combine to connect work to a larger purpose, and move business forward. Major players like Slack and Facebook entering the market further serve to validate the importance of CWM.<\/p>\n<p>The second is that we\u2019ve been positioned as a leader. As noted by the report: \u201cPlanview AdaptiveWork leads the pack in enterprise collaborative work management\u201d. Together with our recent top placement in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.softwareadvice.com\/project-management\/#top-products\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Software Advice\u2019s new FrontRunners quadrant<\/a> (powered by Gartner Methodology), this leadership position affirms that we\u2019re fulfilling our longstanding commitment to make the trends \u2014 rather than follow them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Looking Ahead\u2026<\/strong><br \/>\nThe CWM conversation will evolve in the years ahead, and we\u2019re looking forward to being on the leading-edge of these developments.
