Today, I am excited to announce that Innotas has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Planview<\/a>,\u00a0the global leader in work and resource management solutions and a consistent \u201cLeader\u201d as rated by top analyst firms Gartner and Forrester.<\/p>\n

This is a major milestone for Innotas and will allow us to better fulfill our company mission \u2013 which is to solve work and resource management challenges for our customers and help PMOs contribute more business value to their respective stakeholders. Our mission does not change, in fact, by joining forces with Planview, it becomes even more attainable. Planview and Innotas share a culture of customer-centricity, product leadership and market innovation, deep market expertise, dedicated employees with real-world IT PPM experience and highly engaged customer communities. As part of Planview, we will be able to leverage these assets to continue our vision with the momentum of more than 700 employees, 9 global offices, and 3,000 customers worldwide.<\/p>\n
