Driven to keep up with the accelerating speed of business, enterprises are leaving behind a hierarchical \u201ccommand and control\u201d model, and embracing a flatter \u201csense and respond\u201d approach so they can rapidly adapt to constant change, and readily adjust at a moment\u2019s notice. At least, they\u2019re trying to.<\/p>\n

Surprisingly, some enterprises are discovering that their progress and evolution towards a flatter \u2013 and faster \u2013 way of working is blocked by an unexpected obstacle: their very own project management software<\/a>.<\/p>\n
