data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Millennials, for instance, are more loyal to their employers if diversity and inclusion is a company priority, according to a 2020 study by\u00a0<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/global\/en\/pages\/about-deloitte\/articles\/millennialsurvey.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Deloitte<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. This has important implications for employee recruitment and retention.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The empirical link between\u202fworkplace\u202fdiversity and innovation is strong. Diversity fosters resilience, too.
